After you have done a sufficient amount of testing and feel your integration is ready to go live If you haven't filled out our please do so. After you have completed the Typeform our sales team will be in touch. If you are ready to go live please let us know so we can move you along in our sales process. If you are just starting out with Wyre we'd be happy to help figure how best we can serve you and your customers. Once we've been in contact we'll start the process of integration review. After we've made sure your integration is sound we'll being the process of contract signing. This is your chance to let us know if you'd like to add a fee on top of Wyre's to generate revenue for your company. You can read more about fees and how they are paid out in our FAQ. Once the contract is signed and you are live we'll configure rates and whitelist your account to use Wyre's services. After that, you can expect periodic check-ins from the Wyre team to make sure we're doing everything we can to help you increase volume and get the most out of your Wyre integration. Our Customer Support team is available Monday through Friday 9am-6pm EDT to help assist you and your users with any issues that might arise. We're excited to have you as a partner of Wyre!
