When Do I Get Paid?
Wyre accounting will make a deposit in USD to your Wyre account on the 5th of every month. You can then convert to crypto, transfer, or keep the funds in your Wyre wallet.
Can You Use Credit Cards With the Widget?
By default, Wyre only accepts debit cards for use with the Widget. We think it's a better user experience since it charged as a standard transaction. Cryptocurrency purchases with a credit card can sometimes be sent as a cash advance causing the user to incur extra fees which usually comes as a surprise. If you think you can manage the expectations of your users properly and still want to enable credit cards please reach out to a Wyre team member to discuss enabled this feature.
What Kind of Debit Cards Does Wyre Support?
Currently, Wyre supports VISA and Mastercard debit cards.
Wyre does not support pre-paid debit cards from services such as CashApp, Venmo, Revolut, N26, or Crypto.com
